LEADS – Learners Engaged in Advocating for Diversity in Science – is a service learning course and program funded by the HHMI Inclusive Excellence Initiative. LEADS pairs students with Biology faculty members to develop Scientist Spotlights in their classroom in order to make biology curricula more inclusive!
